Laser cutting of stainless and galvanized steel sheets

Cutting, stamping and punching on presses
Despite the implementation of the latest technologies, we still often use the basic machine park, which includes guillotine shears, universal shears and eccentric and hydraulic presses, which in the processing of simple shapes are still unrivaled in terms of cost. Mandrel and mandrelless pipe bending
Bending of pipes and profiles at an angle of 0 to 180 degrees with or without a mandrel. The maximum diameter of the pipe is 72×3 mm.

Pipe end forming

Turning, milling, punching and threading
We thread acid-resistant and steel pipes up to 4 inches in diameter using stationary threaders. We mill and turn elements from thick-walled pipes and bars. We specialize in the processing of stainless steel and iron castings. In addition to milling machines, we have column and table drills.
